But enough about that, you're all probably wonder why you're here. Well wonder no more!

[And with that Monokuma produces a very official looking scrap of paper.]

Here it is! For whichever one of you wants to graduate, a stay of execution personally signed by Governor Monokuma himself, upupupu. So go ahead, kill whoever you want, stab them, beat them, shoot them, gas them, off a cliff them, you have my personal guarantee that if you're found guilty, there won't be an execution! So you won't end up like poor Kuwata, Hanamura, Pekoyama, Tsumiki, Yamada, Souda, Kuzuryuu, Hinata, or Togami. Oh or that computer either, I guess. Upupupu.

[And the paper's tucked away into...where exactly does Monokuma hide things anyway? Monopockets? Monokompartments? The world may never know.]

Also one more thing, I've added a new rule to your ElectroIDs. Effective immediately any attempts to cover any of the cameras will be met with harsh discipline! I know your generation values its privacy, but I'm a bear, so I don't care about things like that. So get your freak on, kill someone in front of them, do whatever you want, but leave the cameras alone! Or else!
